Abstract

The socialization process plays a crucial role in the holistic development of teenagers, influencing their academic success, interpersonal
relationships, and overall well-being. This article explores educational strategies aimed at enhancing teenage socialization skills within educational settings. Drawing upon current literature and empirical studies, the paper identifies key pedagogical approaches that educators can employ to foster positive social interactions and relationships among adolescents. These strategies encompass both formal and informal learning experiences, including cooperative learning, peer mentoring programs, socio-emotional learning curricula, and extracurricular activities. Additionally, the article discusses the importance of creating a supportive and inclusive school environment that encourages respect, empathy, and effective communication. Practical recommendations are provided for
educators, administrators, and policymakers interested in implementing effective educational strategies to strengthen teenage socialization skills and promote positive youth development.
