Abstract
A key aspect influencing the health and safety of locals and visitors to the country of Uzbekistan is the standards of catering services offered. Public catering services have a lot of room to grow their menus, carry out analytical analyses, and make recommendations for processing byproducts that will increase
product safety, according to official state papers. The quality of food and service goods can be improved by updating to modern standards.
