Abstract

The article discusses the principles and criteria for the effectiveness of human resource management. Functional and organizational relations are considered. The definition of decision-making, methods of acceptance of managerial resources is given. A methodological analysis of the effectiveness of the personnel management system was carried out, as well as an assessment of the effectiveness of work with personnel based on criteria indicators of the effectiveness and quality of human labor.
